Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Lab Grown Dreams. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy for eligible items.
Eligibility Criteria:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Perishable goods, personalized items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
Returns Process:
- Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate the return process. You can reach us at labgrowndreams@gmail.com.
- Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions on how to return the item.
Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item. This includes both the initial shipping costs paid at the time of purchase and the return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Process:
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
- If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
